Sellers original description:

1968 Wolseley Mk3 Hornet, as featured in the current issue of Mini World Magazine (February 2012).

This fully restored car took over two years and £12,000 to complete, and was finished in late 2010 - having been off the road since 1991.

Since completion the car has only covered 2000 miles and is kept in a dry warm garage! It is in concourse perfect as new condition. The car comes with a mountain of receipts for all the costs of the restoration, and a full profile of history and photographs. To date it has won the following competitions:

  • Best Car in Show - White Horse Show 2010
  • Winner 1960's Class White Horse Show 2011
  • Winner 1960's Class London to Brighton Mini Run 2011
  • Winner 1960's Blenheim Palace Show 2011

This car is probably one of the best Hornets in the UK, and with less than 400 still on the road, this is a a great opportunity to own an appreciating classic!
