Sellers original description:

I bought this car to add to my collection on the basis of it's condition - it really is superb. Reluctantly I now must consider selling.

It's an early model with all the funky early Allegro features including the infamous quartic wheel and unique grille design.

The old MOT's support the low mileage (30,000) and there are invoices for work and even the original BL Passport to Service is stamped.

It's always been garaged and the bodywork is totally rust free (ziebarted from new) most of the paint is original too. Perfect shut lines, never welded and it certainly doesn't need any. Wheel arches, doors, sills etc all perfect. Even the boot floor is superb.

Immaculate navy blue interior. Perfect headlining, good carpets, no splits or tears in the blue vinyl seats.

The 'hydragas' suspension has recently been topped up and rides just as it should and sits very nicely on as new Michelin tyres. It is also fitted with a recent stainless steel exhaust.

Being the 1300 it of course has the 'A' series engine which is remarkably lively, quiet and smooth. No smoke, and you get all those lovely 'gear in the sump' noises these cars make.

Really needs to be seen. Have been amazed at the amount of positive attention the car gets wherever driven!

A well known car in Allegro circles, I have just taxed it for a further 6 months.
