1996 Rover 100 Knightsbridge SE, the top model in its day !!
Genuine 4,000 mls from new, one elderly owner, the car was laid up in the garage in 2001 (tax disc still in the window) when the lady owner gave up driving, virtually as new condition, needs light re-commissioning, the battery is dead but it starts first time with leads, it runs and drives as new, absolutely no rust on the bodywork, the underside and the wheel arches are still painted, the car was only used for a weekly trip to the supermarket and only used in fine weather.
The interior is also virtually as new, unfortunately upon the death of the owner the car was taken from the garage and parked under a tree in the garden for a short period of time, when it came to me it was covered in green slime, the paintwork is perfect but the front and rear window seals have perished (see pic) also the paint on the rocker cover has flaked.
It comes with the v5 but will need to be taxed and mot'd, I'm sure it wont fail on anything so that should be straightforward, the spare wheel has never been fitted.
This would make a great second car or an ideal first car for a young driver, cheap insurance and with the low miles it should last a good few years with no problems.
